![]() Let me know either here or on social media if you do and tell me what you think of it yourself! I hope you’ve enjoyed this post and that it inspires you to go check out Sweet Moments NYC. It isn’t a coffee that just sits in your stomach so it was nice. It was nice and sweet and not heavy at all. Mocha: This was one of the best mocha I have ever tasted. The taste was not authentic tiramisu, I must admit, but it was delicious nevertheless. Tiramisu bingsoo: absolutely to die for.Tiramisu bingsoo (plate) and caramel mocha Other than that, it is still a great option and unsurprisingly a house favorite. If you are lactose intolerant, this is not the choice for you as the cream is very milk-heavy and will not sit well. I regret having gotten the creamart as an accompaniment it is definitely something to have on its own. I, personally, am very sensitive when it comes to and I’ll get bloated if something is a bit too heavy or packed. While I did enjoy the taste and lovableness of the creamart, I will warn that its’ consistency is extremely creamy (it’s called CREAM art for a reason, duh). I do, however, have a note that I would like to share: I really enjoyed the establishment and everything it offered so there is no criticism. Overall, there is nothing I can complain about. I honestly recommend going just for the beauty of it. All of the goodies are made fresh in the shop and the authenticity and creativity show. It warmed my heart to see with what care the staff made everything. Sweet Moments became one of my favorite places because everything was so detailed and well made. ![]() I always get so disappointed when things are just thrown on a tray and put out without anything to make them unique or special. ![]() PRESENTATION: Ok so presentation, for me, is everything. *You can get a choice of black milk tea or cold brew coffee as a base (both cold, no negotiations) and then either chocolate, matcha, red velvet, taro or thai flavored cream on top. ![]() I would be lying if I said I didn’t just order this for the picture, but I wasn’t disappointed with the taste either □ The dedication and skill that this requires is fantastic. IT’S ART! I was so impressed seeing them make every single design on each individual cup of coffee and I think that it ought to be better recognized. There is also plenty of space, so you wont need to worry about not being able to find a seat.ĬREAMART: I needed to dedicate a whole category to this because it is a factor that goes beyond just food or aesthetic. It is a super chill and chic coffeehouse where the noise does not overpower your thoughts, but you won’t need to think in silent captions either. And yes, there are a million things to take pictures of or take selfies with. I won’t go on too much about the aesthetic and atmosphere because I think we all know by now what I look for and what I like. Trust me and get one if you want a real sweet moment. Their coffee was sweet but not too heavy. Sweet Moments has a taste that I have never before experienced. What want to highlight are the Cappuccino, the Latte and the Mocha. They have traditional Espresso and Americano but I’d opt for something a bit more interesting. Leave the Cafe con Leche at home where it belongs and use your money for something more worthwhile. Each is more creative and mouth-watering than the last so I suggest going on an empty stomach and preped for the best waffle of your life.ĬOFFEE: I love coffee but I’m no fan of plain and simple. WAFFLES: If you aren’t much of a sweet tooth, there are a few waffle options that you might prefer, although I don’t see any reason NOT to get a sweet waffle. The Watermelon bingsoo is a bit different to the others and is only seasonally available, but definitely worth checking out. I strongly suggest trying this dessert the taste is unlike traditional ice cream and gelato, more subtle and light but definitely prize worthy. It is wonderfully made and tastes like heaven on earth. So, why should you visit Sweet Moment? Here are three reasons and then a fourth!īINGSOO: Originally shaved ice with red bean paste, called patbingsu, this Korean dessert has been adapted to include toppings like fruit, condensed milk and other sweets and is now called bingsu (or bingsoo). That’s why I’m excited to tell you guys about this new hidden gem that just popped up in the heart of China Town. The taste, the experience, the vibe, everything should be right. At the end of the day, I don’t want to eat anything just for the sake of eating I want to make sure I’m actually enjoying it. I’m not sure if it is the artificiality or the lack luster of it all, but sweets and pastries have not been at the top of my list. Recently, I haven’t been feeling sweets as much as I normally do. ![]()
